The app

PokéItem, the Pokémon card collection app

PokéItem is a French app for managing a Pokémon and One Piece card collection, on iOS, Android and the web, with the same account everywhere. It identifies cards from a photo, organises them in binders by language, tracks sealed products and graded cards, and shows each card's price in euros. The free version allows 1,000 cards, 10 sealed products and 20 scans per month.

Who it is for

  • Collectors who want to know what their collection is worth, card by card and in total.
  • People who collect in French or in several languages and want the price of each version.
  • People with large binders to inventory: the page scan handles nine cards at once (Premium).
  • People who also track sealed products or graded cards.
  • Players mainly looking for a deck-building tool will find other apps better suited.

All plans include the full catalogue, card pages with their prices by language and by condition, and the wishlist. Each set also has its own printable checklist.

The binder

  • A card is added with the scanner, from the card page, or in bulk from a set's catalogue.
  • Each copy keeps its condition and its purchase price, and can be marked as sold.
  • The binder can be sorted by number, name, rarity, price or condition, and filtered by owned, missing or duplicate cards.
  • The MasterSet view counts every version of a card (regular, reverse holo, 1st Edition…) to track a complete set.
  • A PokéCardex collection can be imported from a CSV file, in the profile settings.

Platforms and languages

  • iOS, Android and web browser (app.pokeitem.fr), with the same account and the same collection.
  • On mobile, the collection can still be viewed offline, and scans made offline are identified once the connection is back.
  • Card languages: French, English, Italian, German, Spanish and Japanese.
  • Display currencies: euro, US dollar, pound sterling, Swiss franc, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, dirham and yen.

Community

PokéItem also includes collector profiles, an activity feed, messaging (16 and over, with Premium), a Market that puts collectors in touch with no commission and no built-in payment, a shop directory, and quests and seasons.
