1. Pokémon trademarks and rights

Important disclaimer

PokéItem is not an official Pokémon app. It is in no way affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or supported by Nintendo Co., Ltd., GAME FREAK inc. or Creatures Inc. (hereinafter collectively "The Pokémon Company").

The following elements are registered trademarks and/or copyright-protected works belonging to The Pokémon Company:

  • The "Pokémon" name and logo
  • The names, images and depictions of all Pokémon (Pikachu, Charizard, etc.)
  • The names and artwork of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (Pokémon TCG) sets
  • All texts, illustrations and graphic elements featured on the official cards

The use of these elements within PokéItem is strictly referential and informational, in the context of managing collections of official cards by their legitimate owners, with no commercial aim regarding said trademarks.

2. TCGdex data

The data relating to Pokémon TCG cards used in the PokéItem app (card names, numbers, series, reference artwork) is partly sourced from TCGdex, an open, community-driven API dedicated to the Pokémon TCG.

The use of TCGdex data is subject to their terms of use. This data remains the property of its respective authors. PokéItem thanks the TCGdex contributors for their community cataloguing work.

The price data displayed in the app is sourced from third-party market sources (notably CardMarket) and is not managed by PokéItem. This data is provided for informational purposes only.

3. PokéItem content

All the original elements of PokéItem, including the source code, the interface design, the PokéItem logo, the editorial blog articles, and the content written by the PokéItem team or its AI agents (Ivan, Marvin), are protected by copyright and belong to SAS POKEITEM (SIREN 105 186 597, RCS Toulouse).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, publication or distribution of these elements, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from PokéItem is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The PokéItem blog's editorial content may be shared as hyperlinks to the original articles, without full reproduction of the content.

4. Blog article images

The images illustrating the blog articles come from open or freely licensed sources (notably Unsplash). Each image is used in accordance with the applicable licence. The Pokémon card illustrations reproduced in the informational context of the articles belong to The Pokémon Company.

5. Combating counterfeiting

PokéItem firmly opposes the counterfeiting of Pokémon TCG cards. Our app is a tool intended exclusively for managing and valuing official cards. We in no way condone the sale, purchase or promotion of fake cards.

If you notice PokéItem being used for counterfeit-related purposes, report it to [email protected]. We will act as quickly as possible.

6. Reporting a rights infringement

If you hold intellectual property rights and believe that content published on PokéItem infringes your rights, you can send us a notification to:

Your notification must include: your identity, a precise description of the disputed content, the URL of the content concerned, and proof of your rights over the work in question.

We undertake to handle any notification within 72 business hours.
