Article 1 : Organiser
This contest is organised by SAS POKEITEM, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, registered under SIREN 105 186 597 with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register, with its registered office at 26A route de Léguevin, 31820 Pibrac, France (hereinafter "the Organiser").

Apple is neither an organiser nor a sponsor of this contest and is not involved in any way. The same applies to Google and to any other distribution platform operator.
Article 2 : Duration and seasons
The contest runs in successive three-month seasons. At the end of each season the prizes are awarded and the leaderboard resets to zero for the next season.
Season 1 runs from 1 September 2026 at 00:00 to 30 November 2026 at 23:59:59 (Paris time).
The dates of each new season are announced in the app, in the Quests tab.
Article 3 : Entry conditions
Entry is free and open to any natural person aged at least 15 years holding a valid PokéItem account. An entrant aged 15 to 17 takes part under the responsibility of their legal representative: should they be among the winners, delivery of their prize is subject to that representative's written authorisation (article 8); failing this, the prize is awarded to the next entrant. PokéItem Network quests also require access to the community features, available from age 15 (16 for messaging).
Entry takes place from the Quests tab, available both on the web version and in the iOS and Android mobile app.
Only one entry per natural person is allowed. An entrant may hold only one account for the purposes of the contest.
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. A PokéItem account is free, and so are the main sources of XP: the daily login, referrals, Network quests and the daily scan, for which a free account gets one back-up scan every day once its monthly scan allowance is used up. Only some milestones involve volumes above the free plan's caps (1,000 cards, 10 sealed products, 20 scans per month), such as the highest collection and Pokédex by scanner milestones, or games whose activation is part of the Premium+ subscription: they are neither required nor decisive in order to rank.
Article 4 : XP, Trainer Level and leaderboard
The contest is based on experience points ("XP"). There are two separate counters, and only one determines the prizes.
Season XP
Season XP feeds the leaderboard and determines the winners. It resets to zero at the start of each season. Only XP credited during the current season appears there; Clipping XP enters it when each link is reviewed and credited, under the conditions of its rules. XP withdrawn afterwards (milestone not kept for 7 days, deleted post, withdrawn weekly quest, Clipping sanction) is deducted from the season it belonged to, even after that season has closed.
Lifetime XP and Trainer Level
Lifetime XP determines the Trainer Level, from level 1 to level 100. It never resets and plays no part in awarding prizes. Moving from level N to level N+1 costs 500 × N XP.
As a result: XP earned before a season opens counts towards the Trainer Level but not towards that season's leaderboard; and XP credited by the Rare Candy is an out-of-season bonus that can never win a prize.
Quests are claimed manually: the XP is credited when you tap. It is therefore the claim date, not the date of the action, that determines which season the XP belongs to; followers, follows and milestones acquired before a season opens are credited when claimed. The exceptions are referrals and Discord account linking, which are credited automatically, and Clipping, which is credited by the team: in those cases, the date of the credit is authoritative.
Quests can only be claimed during a season. Between two seasons, claims are suspended and reopen when the next season starts; only the Rare Candy remains usable, as its XP is credited outside any season. A referral credited between two seasons counts towards lifetime XP and the Trainer Level, but not towards the leaderboard. Clipping links approved between two seasons remain pending: the team credits them after the next season opens.
Article 5 : XP scale
Entrants accumulate XP by completing the following quests:
Referral validity conditions
For a referral to earn the 10,000 XP, the referred person must meet all of the following conditions:
- sign up via the entrant's referral link, QR code or code; a code can be entered up to 7 days after signing up and cannot be combined with a creator code;
- create an account with a valid personal email address that is neither disposable nor temporary;
- verify their email address;
- own at least 10 cards in their collection, with at most 99 copies counted per line;
- have claimed the daily login on at least 5 different days;
- not have a suspended or deleted account;
- be a natural person distinct from the referrer.
The scale above can also be viewed at any time in the app's Quests tab. Some recent quests only appear in the latest versions of the mobile app; they remain available on the web version.
Article 6 : Determining the winners
At the end of each season, the 52 entrants with the most season XP are declared winners and are awarded a prize according to their rank. The final leaderboard is settled when the 7-day holding period for milestones claimed at the end of the season expires: for Season 1, on 7 December 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time).
In the event of a season XP tie, the entrant whose season XP counter was last updated earliest ranks higher. This counter is updated with every XP credit or withdrawal and with every automatic recalculation of the account, even when that recalculation does not change the total.
PokéItem team accounts and entrants disqualified for the season cannot win any prize. Should they appear on the leaderboard, the corresponding prize is awarded to the next entrant.
Article 7 : Prizes
52 prizes are awarded per season, allocated according to final leaderboard rank. For Season 1, the total prize value is approximately €1,080:
Physical prizes (ranks 1 to 7) are shipped within mainland France at the Organiser's expense. Subscriptions are credited to the winner's PokéItem account. If the winner already holds a subscription taken out on the website, its renewal is suspended and the time won is added to the end of the current period. If the subscription was taken out via the App Store or Google Play, the winner must first turn off automatic renewal from their store: the time won applies from the end of the current period. A winner who holds lifetime access agrees with the Organiser on a prize of equivalent value.
The prizes for ranks 3 to 7 form a set whose allocation order follows their market value: the highest-value prize goes to 3rd place, the next to 4th, and so on down to 7th; where values are equal, the order of the list above applies. The Organiser records that value in the PokéItem catalogue when the season closes and sets the order accordingly; the order shown in the app during the season is indicative.
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for their cash value, and cannot be replaced at the winner's request. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a physical prize with one of equivalent value should it become unavailable.
Physical prizes are shipped within mainland France. A winner residing outside mainland France receives, in agreement with the Organiser, a substitute prize of equivalent value.
Article 8 : Prize delivery
Winners are informed by an in-app notification, then by email at the address associated with their PokéItem account, within 7 days of the final leaderboard being settled. For Season 1, this contact therefore takes place by 14 December 2026 at the latest.
They have 30 days from that contact to confirm their identity and provide the information needed to deliver the prize (for a physical prize, the delivery address; for a minor entrant, the written authorisation of their legal representative). After this period, the prize is deemed forfeited and may be reallocated to the next entrant on the leaderboard.
Article 9 : Anti-fraud measures
The following are strictly prohibited, on pain of disqualification, except where supplementary rules provide a specific penalty:
- →self-referral (creating additional accounts in order to refer oneself);
- →the use of disposable or temporary email addresses;
- →the use of several email addresses derived from a single identity (variants or aliases of the same account);
- →the cascading creation of several referred accounts from the same device or network;
- →any manipulation intended to distort the leaderboard (bots, scripts, automation).
Technical safeguards
Independently of the prohibitions above, the following rules are enforced automatically:
- →a given social action is credited only once for life: unfollowing and following the same account again earns no additional XP, and a deleted post loses the XP it had earned;
- →follow requests awaiting approval (private profile) earn no XP;
- →suspended, deleted or non-Network accounts are not counted as followers;
- →referrals are credited once per referred person and capped at 3 credits per season (30,000 XP);
- →posts generated automatically by the app earn no XP;
- →only one post per day earns XP;
- →a collection milestone must be kept for 7 days after claiming; otherwise the corresponding XP is withdrawn;
- →beyond 99 copies on a single collection line, extra copies do not count towards milestones;
- →quests that depend on other accounts (followers gained, QR-code referrals, bookmarks and Pokés received) only count accounts that meet the validity conditions of a referral.
- →a post only earns XP if it contains a photo, an album, a poll, a shared “Real or fake” request, or a text of at least three words and twelve letters or digits;
- →a referral beyond the season cap is recorded without XP, and at most 25 referrals per day are taken into account.
For Clipping-specific fraud, the special penalty in the Clipping rules takes precedence. For any other fraud, the Organiser may disqualify the entrant for the current season: they are then removed from that season's leaderboard and cannot win any prize in it, while their XP remains acquired for the Trainer Level. A disqualification may be lifted after review, upon request sent to contact@pokeitem.fr. In the event of a repeat offence, the Organiser may extend the disqualification to subsequent seasons and withdraw XP obtained fraudulently.
Article 10 : Personal data
The data collected for the contest (email address, username, accumulated XP, leaderboard rank and, for winners of a physical prize only, name and postal address) is processed by the Organiser solely to run the contest and hand over the prizes. The postal address is passed to the carrier in charge of the shipment and is kept only for as long as that requires.
In accordance with the GDPR, each entrant has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding their data, which they may exercise at contact@pokeitem.fr.

Article 11 : Liability
The Organiser cannot be held liable for a technical malfunction, a service interruption, a loss of data or a postal delay beyond its control.
The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend or cancel a season in the event of force majeure or of any event beyond its control, without incurring any liability.
Article 12 : Amendment of the rules
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules and the XP scale at any time. Any amendment is reflected by an update to this page.
The applicable scale is the one in force at the time the quest is claimed. Credited XP may nevertheless be withdrawn in the cases provided for by these rules (milestone not kept for 7 days, deleted post, withdrawn weekly quest, Clipping sanction, fraud), and the Organiser may apply the same correction to all entrants to restore fairness in the leaderboard, for example where a quest is diverted from its purpose; any such correction is announced to entrants.
Article 13 : Acceptance of the rules, governing law
Entering the contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. They are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
