PokéItem contest rules

PokéItem contest prizes: Mega Charizard X ex Ultra-Premium Collection, Black Bolt Elite Trainer Box and PokéItem Premium subscription

Article 1 : Organiser

This contest is organised by SAS POKEITEM, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, registered under SIREN 105 186 597 with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register, with its registered office at 26A route de Léguevin, 31820 Pibrac, France (hereinafter "the Organiser").

Contact: [email protected]

Apple is neither an organiser nor a sponsor of this contest and is not involved in any way. The same applies to Google and to any other distribution platform operator.

Article 2 : Duration and seasons

The contest runs in successive three-month seasons. At the end of each season the prizes are awarded and the leaderboard resets to zero for the next season.

Season 1 runs from 1 September 2026 at 00:00 to 30 November 2026 at 23:59:59 (Paris time).

The dates of each new season are announced in the app, in the Quests tab.

Article 3 : Entry conditions

Entry is free and open to any natural person of legal age holding a valid PokéItem account, excluding those who do not meet the age requirements for access to the community features.

Entry takes place from the Quests tab, available both on the web version and in the iOS and Android mobile app.

Only one entry per natural person is allowed. An entrant may hold only one account for the purposes of the contest.

Article 4 : XP, Trainer Level and leaderboard

The contest is based on experience points ("XP"). There are two separate counters, and only one determines the prizes.

Season XP

Season XP feeds the leaderboard and determines the winners. It resets to zero at the start of each season. Only XP credited during the current season appears there.

Lifetime XP and Trainer Level

Lifetime XP determines the Trainer Level, from level 1 to level 99. It never resets and plays no part in awarding prizes. Moving from level N to level N+1 costs 500 × N XP.

As a result: XP earned before a season opens counts towards the Trainer Level but not towards that season's leaderboard; and XP credited by the Rare Candy is an out-of-season bonus that can never win a prize.

PokéItem Network quests (followers gained, trainers followed) are claimed manually: the XP is credited when you tap. It is therefore the claim date, not the date of the action, that determines which season the XP belongs to. Followers and follows acquired before a season opens are credited when claimed.

Article 5 : XP scale

Entrants accumulate XP by completing the following quests:

Daily login (100 XP)
+100 XP for each 7-day streak tier, up to 1,000 XP per day
Refer a friend (5,000 XP)
credited once the referred person has verified their email address; no subscription required; up to 25 referrals credited per day
Follow PokéItem on Instagram (3,000 XP)
once per account, for life
Follow PokéItem on TikTok (3,000 XP)
once per account, for life
Subscribe to the YouTube channel (3,000 XP)
once per account, for life
Share your leaderboard card (2,000 XP)
once per season
Gain a follower on the PokéItem Network (200 XP per follower)
once per follower, for life
Follow a trainer on the PokéItem Network (50 XP per trainer)
once per followed account, for life
Publish a post in the feed (100 XP per post)
up to 500 XP per day, i.e. 5 posts; automatic posts (scan session, milestone, listing) earn no XP
Rare Candy (the XP missing for the next level)
this XP is credited outside the season: it raises your Trainer Level but never counts towards the leaderboard

Referral validity conditions

For a referral to earn the 5,000 XP, the referred person must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. sign up via the entrant's referral link or code;
  2. create an account with a valid personal email address;
  3. verify their email address;
  4. be a natural person distinct from the referrer.

The scale above can also be viewed at any time in the app's Quests tab.

Article 6 : Determining the winners

At the end of each season, the 20 entrants with the most season XP are declared winners and are awarded a prize according to their rank.

In the event of an XP tie, the tie-break is whoever reached that score first: the entrant who reached the total earlier ranks higher.

PokéItem team accounts cannot win any prize. Should they appear on the leaderboard, the corresponding prize is awarded to the next entrant.

Article 7 : Prizes

20 prizes are awarded per season, allocated according to final leaderboard rank. For Season 1, the total prize value is approximately €570:

1stMega Charizard X ex Ultra-Premium Collection (indicative value €180)
2nd and 3rdBlack Bolt Elite Trainer Box (indicative value €65)
4th and 5th1 year of PokéItem Premium (value €49.99)
6th to 10th3 months of PokéItem Premium (indicative value €20)
11th to 20th1 month of PokéItem Premium (value €5.99)

Physical prizes (ranks 1 to 3) are shipped within mainland France at the Organiser's expense. Premium subscriptions are credited directly to the winner's PokéItem account.

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for their cash value, and cannot be replaced at the winner's request. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a physical prize with one of equivalent value should it become unavailable.

Article 8 : Prize delivery

Winners are contacted by email at the address associated with their PokéItem account, within 7 days of the end of the season. For Season 1, this contact therefore takes place by 7 December 2026 at the latest.

They have 30 days from that contact to confirm their identity and provide the information needed to deliver the prize. After this period, the prize is deemed forfeited and may be reallocated to the next entrant on the leaderboard.

Article 9 : Anti-fraud measures

The following are strictly prohibited, on pain of immediate and permanent disqualification:

  • self-referral (creating additional accounts in order to refer oneself);
  • the use of disposable or temporary email addresses;
  • the use of several email addresses derived from a single identity (variants or aliases of the same account);
  • the cascading creation of several referred accounts from the same device or network;
  • any manipulation intended to distort the leaderboard (bots, scripts, automation).

Technical safeguards

Independently of the prohibitions above, the following rules are enforced automatically:

  • a given social action is credited only once for life: unfollowing and following the same account again, or deleting and reposting, earns no additional XP;
  • follow requests awaiting approval (private profile) earn no XP;
  • suspended, deleted or non-Network accounts are not counted as followers;
  • referrals are credited once per referred person and capped at 25 credits per day;
  • posts generated automatically by the app earn no XP.

The Organiser reserves the right to retroactively withdraw XP obtained fraudulently and to permanently exclude from the contest any entrant in breach of these rules.

Article 10 : Personal data

The data collected for the contest (email, username, accumulated XP, leaderboard rank) is processed by the Organiser solely to run the contest and deliver the prizes.

In accordance with the GDPR, each entrant has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding their data, which they may exercise at [email protected].

For more information, see the Privacy policy.

Article 11 : Liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable for a technical malfunction, a service interruption, a loss of data or a postal delay beyond its control.

The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend or cancel a season in the event of force majeure or of any event beyond its control, without incurring any liability.

Article 12 : Amendment of the rules

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules and the XP scale at any time. Any amendment is reflected by an update to this page.

The applicable scale is the one in force at the time the quest is claimed: XP already credited remains acquired and is never recalculated.

Article 13 : Acceptance of the rules, governing law

Entering the contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. They are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
