The site www.pokeitem.fr is a showcase and editorial site presenting the PokéItem mobile and web app, dedicated to managing and valuing Pokémon TCG card collections. It includes an editorial blog devoted to the Pokémon card market.

The application accessible at app.pokeitem.fr lets registered users manage their collection, view price estimates and track the value of their cards over time.

The application also offers community features — public profiles, activity feed, showcases and private messaging between users — as well as a peer-to-peer listings service. PokéItem puts users in touch with one another and does not take part in the transactions they conclude.

All the elements making up this site (structure, texts, images, logo, icons, source code) are protected by copyright and belong to PokéItem or its rights holders. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from PokéItem is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Third-party trademarks: Pokémon, Pikachu and all associated names, logos and characters are registered trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Nintendo / GAME FREAK inc. / Creatures Inc. (hereinafter "The Pokémon Company"). PokéItem is neither affiliated with, endorsed by, nor supported by these companies. Some of the articles published on the PokéItem blog are written by artificial-intelligence agents (agents "Ivan" and "Marvin"), reviewed and validated by the PokéItem team. These articles are clearly identified by the mention of their author ("Marvin" or "Ivan"). PokéItem is committed to transparency about the use of artificial intelligence in its editorial production, in line with current best practices.

The information published on this site, notably the Pokémon TCG card price estimates, is provided for informational purposes only and in no way constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or an offer to buy or sell.
