SWORD, Whole Cake Island, Fish-Man Island: What's Inside OP-11
Bandai describes the set around three pillars:
- a new theme, "SWORD", the Navy's secret unit: Koby, Helmeppo, Hibari, Kujyaku, Prince Grus and X.Drake;
- the Whole Cake Island arc, with the Big Mom Pirates: Charlotte Katakuri, Charlotte Pudding, Charlotte Linlin, Zeus, seventeen cards in all;
- the Fish-Man Island arc, one of the most represented themes in the set with 25 cards: Jinbe, Shirahoshi, Arlong, Fisher Tiger, Otohime, Neptune and his sons.
Bandai also highlights popular characters coming back in new colors: among the Leaders, Luffy is Blue/Purple, Nami Blue/Yellow and Koby Red/Black.
How Many Cards Are in OP-11?
As with the first two French boosters, several figures circulate (119, 127, 128, 156):
- 119: the numbers of the main list, from OP11-001 to OP11-119;
- 128 + 1: Bandai's official count, which adds the 6 SP cards, the Treasure Rare and the 2 3rd Anniversary Special Cards to the 119 numbers, plus the DON!! card;
- 156: the number of different artworks in the official list, parallel versions included.
| Rarity | Cards |

The OP-11 Rarities
A reminder: in the One Piece Card Game, it's the version of a card that makes its value, not its number. The OP-09 guide details each rarity. In OP-11:
- 3rd Anniversary Special Cards: the new feature of the set. Two versions of the famous Monkey D. Luffy OP05-119 (Gear 5), one silver, the other gold, in an ornamental frame. They come on top of the usual rarities.
- Super Alt-Art (Super Parallèle in French): only one, the Monkey D. Luffy (OP11-118) Secret Rare in Snakeman form, set against manga pages.
- Secret Rare: Monkey D. Luffy (OP11-118), in base, Alt-Art and Super Alt-Art versions, and Koby (OP11-119), in base and Alt-Art versions.
- Treasure Rare: Roronoa Zoro (OP06-118), a card from Wings of the Captain reprinted as a Treasure Rare. It is exclusive to the French edition: in English, the OP-11 Treasure Rare is Lucky Roux (OP09-015).
- SP cards: six cards from older sets with an ornamental gold frame: Shirahoshi (EB01-057), Sanji (OP06-119), Stussy (OP07-085), Silvers Rayleigh (OP09-005), Shanks (ST16-004) and Luffy-Tarou (ST18-005).
- Parallel versions (Alt-Art): 25, including three manga-style Event cards, Gear Two (OP11-080), Gum-Gum Fire-Fist Pistol Red Hawk (OP11-114) and Honesty Impact (OP11-018).
The Most Expensive OP-11 Cards in French

Monkey D. Luffy, gold 3rd Anniversary Special Card (OP05-119) Purple Character, cost 10, power 12,000
The effect that made this card a legend: On Play, you can return 10 DON!! to place all your other Characters at the bottom of your deck, then take an extra turn after this one. In French, the gold version is the second most expensive card of the first three boosters, behind the gold Roger from OP-09; in English, it moves ahead (€9,899 versus €6,298).
€6,000 on the PokéItem index in French, versus €9,899 for the English copy (price check of October 23, 2026).
The table gives the PokéItem index of OP-11's chase cards, for an ungraded Near Mint copy. Price check of October 23, 2026.
| Card | Version | PokéItem index FR | PokéItem index EN |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monkey D. Luffy (OP05-119) | Gold 3rd Anniversary Special | €6,000 | €9,899 |
| Monkey D. Luffy (OP05-119) | Silver 3rd Anniversary Special | €2,500 | €4,442 |
| Roronoa Zoro (OP06-118) | Treasure Rare | €950 | French edition only |
| Monkey D. Luffy (OP11-118) | Super Alt-Art | €749 | €900 |
| Gear Two (OP11-080) | Event Alt-Art | €230 | €300 |
| Luffy-Tarou (ST18-005) | SP | €197 | €281 |
| Shanks (ST16-004) | SP | €125 | €149 |
| Sanji (OP06-119) | SP | €99 | €135 |
| Stussy (OP07-085) | SP | €75 | €99 |
| Shirahoshi (EB01-057) | SP | €68 | €79 |
| Silvers Rayleigh (OP09-005) | SP | €55 | €49 |
| Gum-Gum Fire-Fist Pistol Red Hawk (OP11-114) | Event Alt-Art | €49 | €54 |
| Nami (OP11-041) | Alt-Art Leader | €34 | €56 |
| Monkey D. Luffy (OP11-118) | Secret Rare | €2 | €2 |

What these figures tell you:
1. In French, the anniversary cards cost much less than in English. The gold one is valued at €6,000 in French versus €9,899 in English, the silver one at €2,500 versus €4,442: about 40% less. In OP-11, almost all the chase cards are cheaper in French. For a collector who is after the card rather than the language, the French edition is the most accessible way in; in equal condition, an English copy resells for more.
2. The Zoro Treasure Rare is the third card of the set. At €950 in French, it moves ahead of the Luffy Super Alt-Art (€749), just as the Perona Treasure Rare beats the Law in Royal Blood. The first three French boosters each have a Treasure Rare exclusive to the French edition (Sanji, Perona, Zoro), different from the English edition's: only the French market values these three cards.
3. An Event card can be worth €230. The Alt-Art version of Gear Two, a black-and-white manga panel, is the most expensive Event card of the first three French boosters. The base version of an Event, for its part, is worth a few cents.
4. The base is still worth almost nothing. The base Luffy Secret Rare trades for around €2, its Super Alt-Art for €749.
OP-11 Products in French
| Product | Contents |
|---|---|
| A Fist of Divine Speed booster pack | 12 random cards |
| Booster box | 24 booster packs |
On October 23, 2026, the lowest offer on Cardmarket was €235 for a French OP-11 booster box (Des Poings Vifs Comme l'Éclair), and about €4.90 for a single booster pack. OP-11 sits between Royal Blood (€168) and Emperors in the New World (€319): the set has only one Super Alt-Art, but it has two highly sought-after anniversary cards, which may explain why it sits above Royal Blood.
Open Booster Packs or Buy Singles?
The two anniversary cards and the Treasure Rare hold most of the value, and Bandai doesn't publish their pull rates. Opening a €235 box hoping to pull the gold Luffy is a bet; for a specific card, buying the single is still safer and, in French, cheaper than in English.
The booster box makes sense for the player, who gets six playable Leaders, including Koby for the SWORD theme and Katakuri for Big Mom, and for the collector who enjoys opening without expecting a return. For any card above €100, ask for front and back photos and compare French and English offers.

Track Your OP-11 Collection in PokéItem
PokéItem, the French card collection app, tracks the One Piece Card Game in French, English and Japanese, with the Premium+ subscription. OP-11 appears under its French name, and each card is valued on the market of its own language, with a fallback price when that language doesn't have its own price yet: that's what lets you see the gap between the French and the English gold Luffy.
- Each version has its own line: the base Luffy, its Alt-Art, its Super Alt-Art and the two anniversary cards are separate cards in the binder, in the scanner and in the valuation. The MasterSet view counts one tile per version, to track the 156 artworks.
- The scanner recognizes One Piece cards: one photo is enough to add a card to your binder.
- Two prices per card: the lowest Near Mint offer on Cardmarket in the card's language, and the PokéItem index, updated every 24 hours, following the published method.
- Pokémon and One Piece in the same account: the selector in the header switches from one game to the other.
The arrival of One Piece in the app is told in the article PokéItem 1.2.1. The app is available on iOS, Android and at app.pokeitem.fr.
