Royal Blood (OP-10): Cards, Rarities and Prices, French vs English

Royal Blood, the second One Piece Card Game booster released in French on April 25, 2025: Punk Hazard, Dressrosa and Supernovas, 151 cards, six Leaders, and what the Perona Treasure Rare and the Law Super Alt-Art are worth in French and in English.

Royal Blood (code OP-10), called Sang Royal in the French edition, is the second One Piece Card Game booster released in French, on April 25, 2025. It opens the Punk Hazard theme and strengthens Dressrosa, the Supernovas and the Donquixote Pirates. According to Bandai, the set has 126 card types plus 1 DON!! card, and 151 artworks with the parallel versions. In French, its most expensive card is the Perona Treasure Rare (€439 on the PokéItem index as of October 23, 2026), just ahead of the Trafalgar Law Super Alt-Art (€400). Prices are given for French and English copies, so you can value your English cards too.

Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Supernovas: What's Inside Royal Blood

Bandai presents the set around three ideas:

  • a new theme, "Punk Hazard": Smoker, Tashigi, Caesar Clown, Monet and Vergo, the island of the laboratory and the body swap;
  • popular themes strengthened: "Supernovas" (Trafalgar Law, Eustass Kid, Capone Bege, Urouge), "Dressrosa" (Rebecca, Kyros, Cavendish) and "Donquixote Pirates" (Doflamingo, Rosinante, Sugar, Senor Pink);
  • new Leaders, iconic characters coming back in other colors.

A detail fans of the arc will enjoy: the Sanji (OP10-005) Super Rare is illustrated in Nami's body, a reminder of the body swap Law set up on Punk Hazard.

How Many Cards Are in OP-10?

As with OP-09, several figures circulate (119, 126, 127, 151), and they are all right:

  • 119: the numbers of the main list, from OP10-001 to OP10-119;
  • 126 + 1: Bandai's official count, which adds the 6 SP cards and the Treasure Rare to the 119 numbers, plus the DON!! card;
  • 151: the number of different artworks in the official list, parallel versions included.

The step to 151 artworks: 119 base cards, plus 22 parallel versions (the 6 Leaders, 6 Rares and the 10 Super Rares), plus 3 alternate versions of the Secret Rares, plus the 6 SPs and the Treasure Rare. That's the count for an OP-10 "master set", without the DON!!.

Five Leaders out of six are two-color, and the first three share red: Smoker with green, Caesar Clown with blue, Sugar with purple. Each Leader also comes in a parallel version (Alt-Art). On the French cards, Caesar Clown is spelled César Clown and Eustass "Captain" Kid is Eustass "Captain" Kidd.

The Royal Blood Rarities

A reminder if you're new to the game: in the One Piece Card Game, it isn't the number that makes a card's value, it's the version. The OP-09 guide details each rarity; here's how they play out in OP-10.

  • Super Alt-Art (Super Parallèle in French): only one in the set, the Trafalgar Law (OP10-119) Secret Rare set against manga pages. That's the big difference with OP-09, which had five.
  • Secret Rare: Monkey D. Luffy (OP10-118), in base and Alt-Art versions, and Trafalgar Law (OP10-119), in base, Alt-Art and Super Alt-Art versions.
  • Treasure Rare: Perona (OP09-034), an OP-09 card reprinted as a Treasure Rare in Royal Blood. It is exclusive to the French edition: in English, the OP-10 Treasure Rare is Portgas D. Ace (OP08-052).
  • SP cards: six cards from older products, with a new artwork: Urouge (OP07-021), Charlotte Pudding (ST12-012), Sanji (ST14-003), Edward Newgate (ST15-002), Uso-Hachi (ST18-001) and Charlotte Flampe (EB01-056).
  • Parallel versions (Alt-Art): 22, including the 6 Leaders, the 10 Super Rares and 6 Rares, among them the Divine Departure (OP10-019) Event, a manga scene in red and white.

On Play, Law places up to 1 Character from your hand face-down on top of your Life, then gives up to 1 rested DON!! to your Supernovas Leader. Its Super Alt-Art uses manga pages: in English, it's the most expensive of the cards both editions share.

€400 on the PokéItem index in French, versus €559 for the English copy (price check of October 23, 2026).

Perona Treasure Rare OP09-034 from the One Piece set Royal Blood, French edition, the most expensive card in FrenchEdward Newgate SP card ST15-002 from the One Piece set Royal Blood, French edition

Perona, the French edition Treasure Rare that beats Law. In English, the Law Super Alt-Art is the most expensive of the cards both editions share (€559). The Perona Treasure Rare exists only in French, and it moves ahead of Law, at €439. In a set where a single Super Alt-Art concentrates demand, the Treasure Rare becomes the top centerpiece of the French edition.

Edward Newgate as an SP is the most expensive "mid-range" card: €163 in French, for the SP version of the Super Rare from the Red Edward Newgate Starter Deck (ST-15).

What these figures tell you:

1. Royal Blood is a much more affordable set than OP-09. With a single Super Alt-Art instead of five, the value is less concentrated: the most expensive card is worth €439, versus more than €6,700 for the gold Roger in OP-09. Sealed products follow the same slope (see below).

2. Depending on the card, French is cheaper or more expensive than English. The Law Super Alt-Art and the Newgate and Sanji SPs are valued lower in French; the Urouge and Charlotte Flampe SPs, higher. As in OP-09, each card has its own market per language: you need to compare card by card.

3. Base versions are worth almost nothing. The base Trafalgar Law Secret Rare trades for around €3.60, the Super Alt-Art of the same number for €400. That's a factor of more than 100.

On October 23, 2026, the lowest offer on Cardmarket was €168 for a French Royal Blood booster box (Sang Royal), and about €3.50 for a single booster pack. That's roughly half the price of an OP-09 booster box (€319 the same day). The contents probably explain part of the gap: Royal Blood has only one Super Alt-Art, Emperors in the New World has five, including the gold Roger.

Open Booster Packs or Buy Singles?

Of the first three French boosters, Royal Blood is the one where opening costs the least (box at €168, versus €235 for OP-11 and €319 for OP-09 the same day), and it's a good set if you want to play: six Leaders, including Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kid for Supernovas decks, and Super Rares from Punk Hazard and Dressrosa.

For a specific card, buying the single is still safer. Bandai doesn't publish pull rates, and nothing guarantees you'll find the Law Super Alt-Art or the Perona Treasure Rare in a box. With a box at €168 and the Law at €400, aiming for either one by opening is a bet: buy the card as a single, compare French and English offers, and ask for front and back photos for any card above €100.

Track Your OP-10 Collection in PokéItem

PokéItem, the French card collection app, tracks the One Piece Card Game in French, English and Japanese, with the Premium+ subscription. Royal Blood appears under its French name, and each card is valued on the market of its own language, with a fallback price when that language doesn't have its own price yet.

  • Each version has its own line: the base Law Secret Rare, its Alt-Art and its Super Alt-Art are three separate cards in the binder, in the scanner and in the valuation. The MasterSet view counts one tile per version, so you know how many of the 151 artworks you're missing.
  • The scanner recognizes One Piece cards: one photo is enough to add a card to your binder.
  • Two prices per card: the lowest Near Mint offer on Cardmarket in the card's language, and the PokéItem index, updated every 24 hours, following the published method.
  • Pokémon and One Piece in the same account: the selector in the header switches from one game to the other.

The arrival of One Piece in the app is told in the article PokéItem 1.2.1. The app is available on iOS, Android and at app.pokeitem.fr.
