Carrying On His Will (OP-13): Cards, Rarities and Prices
The thirteenth main One Piece Card Game booster, released in English and French on 7 November 2025: the three brothers, Roger and Imu as Leaders, the new Red Super Alt-Art, and what the red Luffy, the anniversary Shanks and the Five Elders are worth.
Carrying On His Will (code OP-13) is the thirteenth main booster (OP) of the One Piece Card Game. It came out in Japan on 23 August 2025 as 受け継がれる意志, then in English on 7 November 2025, the same day as the French edition. For the game's third anniversary, it brings together the three brothers Luffy, Ace and Sabo, and turns Gol.D.Roger and Imu into Leader cards. Bandai lists 133 card types plus 1 DON!! card, and 175 different artworks once the Alt-Arts are counted. Its most expensive card is the Red Super Alt-Art of Monkey.D.Luffy (OP13-118), a rarity unique to this set: 9,211 € on the PokéItem index for the English copy and 12,000 € for the French one, on 1 November 2026.

The three brothers, Roger and Imu: what's inside OP-13
Bandai builds the set around three ideas:
- the three brothers: Luffy, Ace and Sabo are the set's three Secret Rares, each of them also gets a two-color Leader that includes red, and the Super Rare Ace & Sabo & Luffy (OP13-007) shows them as children, in the Goa Kingdom;
- Gol.D.Roger and his crew: for the first time, the King of the Pirates is a Leader card, and according to Bandai it is the Leader with the highest power ever printed (7,000). He is joined by Silvers Rayleigh and by the Event card Divine Departure (OP13-076), Roger's attack;
- Imu and the Five Elders: Imu also arrives as a Leader for the first time, with the Five Elders as Characters: St. Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, St. Jaygarcia Saturn, St. Shepherd Ju Peter, St. Topman Warcury and St. Marcus Mars.
The set also makes room for other big names: Edward.Newgate, Shanks and Uta ({FILM} type), Yamato, and Jewelry Bonney as a Yellow {Egghead} Leader.
How many cards are in OP-13?
Several numbers go around (120, 133, 175):
- 120: the numbers of the main list, from OP13-001 to OP13-120, with three Secret Rares instead of the usual two;
- 133 + 1: Bandai's official count, which adds 10 special cards (6 SPs and 4 WANTED cards), the Treasure Rare and the two 3rd Anniversary Special Cards to the 120 numbers, plus the DON!! card;
- 175: the number of different artworks in the official card list, all versions included.
| Rarity | Cards |
|---|---|
| Leader (L) | 6 |
| Common (C) | 45 |
| Uncommon (UC) | 30 |
| Rare (R) | 26 |
| Super Rare (SR) | 10 |
| Secret Rare (SEC) | 3 |
| SP card | 6 |
| WANTED card | 4 |
| Treasure Rare (TR) | 1 |
| 3rd Anniversary Special Card | 2 |
| DON!! card | 1 |
Getting to 175 artworks: 120 base cards, plus 28 Alt-Arts (the 6 Leaders, 12 Rares and the 10 Super Rares), plus 5 special-finish versions of the Five Elders, plus 12 versions of the three Secret Rares (Alt-Art, Super Alt-Art, Red Super Alt-Art and WANTED), plus the 6 SPs, Roger's WANTED card, the 2 anniversary cards and the Treasure Rare. That is the count for an OP-13 "master set", without the DON!!.
The 6 OP-13 Leaders

Four Leaders share red, each paired with another color. The Imu Leader comes with a deckbuilding restriction: no Events with a cost of 2 or more in your deck, and a {Mary Geoise} Stage played at the start of the game. Its type is printed "?" on the card. Every Leader also comes as an Alt-Art.
OP-13 rarities
A quick reminder: in the One Piece Card Game, it is the version of a card that drives its value, not its number. The OP-09 guide covers each rarity in detail. OP-13 adds a new one:
- Red Super Alt-Art: the set's big novelty, and according to Bandai a rarity exclusive to this set. These are Super Alt-Arts with a blazing red design, tied to the theme of the 3rd anniversary, "the flame". There are three: Monkey.D.Luffy (OP13-118), Portgas.D.Ace (OP13-119) and Sabo (OP13-120).
- Super Alt-Art: the same three Secret Rares also exist as classic Super Alt-Arts, set against manga panels.
- Secret Rare: Luffy, Ace and Sabo, each in five versions: base, Alt-Art, Super Alt-Art, Red Super Alt-Art and WANTED.
- WANTED cards: four wanted posters, for the three brothers and for Gol.D.Roger (OP09-118).
- 3rd Anniversary Special Cards: two versions of Shanks (OP09-004), one gold, one silver. After Luffy in OP-11 and Teach in OP-12, it is Shanks' turn.
- Treasure Rare: each edition has its own. In English, it is Monkey.D.Luffy (OP11-058); in French, Carrot (OP11-049). Both are A Fist of Divine Speed cards reprinted as Treasure Rares.
- SP cards: six cards from older sets, with an exclusive design and a premium finish: Portgas.D.Ace (EB02-028), Lilith (OP07-111), Sabo (OP07-118), Benn.Beckman (OP09-009), Monkey.D.Luffy (OP09-119) and Smoker (OP10-030).
- Five Elders: each of the Five Elders comes as an Alt-Art and in a special finish version, with the name printed in red.
The most expensive cards of OP-13

Monkey.D.Luffy, Red Super Alt-Art (OP13-118) Green Character, cost 6, power 7,000
A [Double Attack] Character that, when played with a multicolored Leader, sets up to 4 DON!! cards as active. Its Red Super Alt-Art is the most expensive card in the set by a wide margin: in French, it is worth nearly twice the gold Roger from Emperors in the New World, which the index put at 6,682 € the same day.
9,211 € on the PokéItem index for the English copy, against 12,000 € for the French one (recorded 1 November 2026).
The table gives the PokéItem index for the key OP-13 cards in both editions, for an ungraded Near Mint copy. Recorded 1 November 2026.

| Carrot (OP11-049) | Treasure Rare | French edition only | 78 € |

What these numbers tell you:
1. The red version multiplies the price. In English, Luffy's classic Super Alt-Art sits at 2,201 € and his Red Super Alt-Art at 9,211 €; Ace goes from 874 € to 4,360 €, Sabo from 751 € to 3,809 €, roughly four to five times more. In French the multiple reaches seven to eleven (Luffy from 1,099 € to 12,000 €, Ace from 500 € to 5,300 €, Sabo from 520 € to 3,550 €). Either way, the three Red Super Alt-Arts hold most of the set's value.
2. On two of the three Red Super Alt-Arts, the French copy is priced higher. On most key cards of OP-11 and OP-12, the French copy trades below the English one. Here, Luffy's Red Super Alt-Art is at 9,211 € in English against 12,000 € in French, and Ace's at 4,360 € against 5,300 €. Sabo goes the other way (3,809 € in English, 3,550 € in French). These are markets of just a few copies, where a single sale moves the index: read these gaps as dated orders of magnitude.
3. On the rest of the table, the English copy costs more. Luffy's classic Super Alt-Art is worth twice as much in English (2,201 € against 1,099 €), and Ace's WANTED card nearly five times as much (458 € against 95 €). If you are after the card rather than the language, the French edition is still the most affordable way in.
4. Rares at close to 300 € in French, and more in English. The special-finish Five Elders are Rares, yet they sit between 390 € and 520 € in English (250 € to 290 € in French): more than any SP in the set.

The Five Elders, the WANTED cards and the Treasure Rare make up the set's mid-range. The special-finish St. Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro sits at 415 € in English (290 € in French); Ace's WANTED card at 458 € in English against 95 € in French; the French-only Treasure Rare Carrot at 78 €.
The French edition: its own Treasure Rare
OP-13 came out in French as Successeurs, on the same day as the English edition. Three things set it apart:
- its Treasure Rare: Carrot (OP11-049), 78 € on the PokéItem index, where the English edition has Monkey.D.Luffy (OP11-058);
- its prices: higher than in English on the Luffy and Ace Red Super Alt-Arts, lower on the rest of the table, and its booster box costs less (see below);
- its card names: Benn.Beckman is printed Ben Beckmann, and Divine Departure (OP13-076) is called Trépas divin.
OP-13 sealed products
| Product | Contents |
|---|---|
| Carrying On His Will booster pack | 12 random cards |
| Booster box | 24 packs |
On 1 November 2026, the lowest Cardmarket offer for an English OP-13 booster box was 320 €, against 230 € for a French one, and a single French pack went for about 4.90 €. That is 110 € more than an English OP-12 booster box (210 €), and 50 € more in French (230 € against 180 €), a gap the three Red Super Alt-Arts may explain.
Open packs or buy singles?
The three Red Super Alt-Arts alone are worth more than 20,000 € in French (over 17,000 € in English), and Bandai does not publish their pull rates. Opening a booster box (320 € in English, 230 € in French) in the hope of pulling the red Luffy is a lottery; for a specific card, buying the single remains the only safe route.
A box makes sense for players, who get six Leaders including Roger and Imu, and for collectors who enjoy opening packs and aim for the mid-range cards (WANTED, SP, Five Elders). For any card above 100 €, ask for front and back photos and compare English and French listings. Above 1,000 €, go for a graded copy or a seller with an established reputation.
Track your OP-13 collection in PokéItem
PokéItem, the card collection app created in France and used worldwide, tracks the One Piece Card Game in English, French and Japanese. One Piece can be your included game, chosen at sign-up; otherwise, it comes with the Premium+ subscription. Each card is valued on the market of its own language, with a fallback price when that language does not have a price of its own yet.
- Every version has its own line: the five versions of each brother (base, Alt-Art, Super Alt-Art, Red Super Alt-Art and WANTED) are separate cards in the binder, in the scanner and in the valuation. The MasterSet view shows one tile per version.
- The scanner recognizes One Piece cards: one photo is enough to add a card to your binder.
- Two prices per card: the lowest Near Mint offer on Cardmarket in the card's language, and the PokéItem index, updated every 24 hours, following the published method.
- Several games in one account: the switcher in the header moves between Pokémon, One Piece and the other games tracked.
The arrival of One Piece in the app is covered in the PokéItem 1.2.1 article. The app is available on iOS, Android and at app.pokeitem.fr.
