The Azure Sea's Seven (OP14-EB04): Cards, Rarities and Prices
The fourteenth main One Piece Card Game booster, released in English on 16 January 2026: the Seven Warlords of the Sea as Leaders, 31 EB-04 cards, and what the 3rd Anniversary Buggy cards, the Zoro SP and the Mihawk Super Alt-Art are worth.
The Azure Sea's Seven (code OP14-EB04) is the fourteenth main booster (OP) of the One Piece Card Game. In Japan, OP-14 came out on 22 November 2025 as 蒼海の七傑; the English edition followed on 16 January 2026, and the French one on 30 January 2026, two weeks later because of a shipping delay. It is devoted to the Seven Warlords of the Sea, with seven Leaders instead of six, and it also contains part of the extra booster EB-04 Egghead Crisis. Bandai lists 163 card types plus 2 DON!! cards, and 199 different artworks once the Alt-Arts are counted. Its most expensive card is the gold 3rd Anniversary Special Card of Buggy (OP09-051): 1,201 € on the PokéItem index for the English copy and 890 € for the French one, on 1 November 2026.

The English edition came out on 16 January 2026. The French edition was scheduled for the same day, but Bandai pushed it back two weeks, to 30 January, because of a shipping delay. After Legacy of the Master (OP-12) and Carrying On His Will (OP-13), which both launched the same day in English and French, this is the set where the two editions drifted apart.
OP-14 and EB-04 in the same booster
The code OP14-EB04 says it all: this booster combines two Japanese products. In Japan, 蒼海の七傑 (OP-14) came out on 22 November 2025, and the extra booster EGGHEAD CRISIS (EB-04) on 31 January 2026. The English and French editions split the EB-04 cards between two boosters:
- The Azure Sea's Seven (OP14-EB04) contains the 31 cards numbered EB04-011 to EB04-041;
- the Adventure on Kami's Island (OP15-EB04) booster contains the other 30.
For a collector, this means an EB-04 master set, in English as in French, takes two different boosters to complete. The EB-04 cards included here feature Kaido, King and Queen, Nefeltari Vivi, Issho, Foxy, Kikunojo, Carrot and a Rosinante & Law (EB04-038) card.
The Seven Warlords of the Sea: what's inside OP-14
Bandai sums up the set in one line: the Seven Warlords of the Sea make a dramatic entrance. Each Warlord gets a Leader card:
- Trafalgar Law (Red), who swaps the power of two of his Characters;
- Dracule Mihawk (Green), "the world's greatest swordsman", who is also the set's Secret Rare and Super Alt-Art;
- Jinbe (Blue), the Knight of the Sea, built for attacking;
- Boa Hancock (Blue/Yellow), who plays around [Trigger] effects;
- Donquixote Doflamingo (Purple), a defensive deck that redirects attacks;
- Crocodile (Black), at the head of Baroque Works, also a Secret Rare;
- Gecko Moria (Black/Yellow), who sacrifices his Thriller Bark Characters and brings them back through [Trigger] effects.
Around them, you will find each Warlord's crew: Baroque Works (Ms. All Sunday, Mr.1, Mr.2.Bon.Kurei), Thriller Bark (Perona), the Kuja and the Donquixote Pirates (Vergo).
How many cards are in OP14-EB04?
The numbers you will see (120, 151, 163, 199) break down like this:
- 120: the OP-14 numbers, from OP14-001 to OP14-120;
- 151: those 120 cards plus the 31 EB-04 cards;
- 163 + 2: Bandai's official count, which adds the 9 SP cards, the Treasure Rare and the two 3rd Anniversary Special Cards to the 151 cards, plus 2 DON!! cards;
- 199: the number of different artworks in the official card list, Alt-Arts included.
| Rarity | OP-14 | EB-04 | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leader (L) | 7 | 0 | 7 |
| Common (C) | 45 | 14 | 59 |
| Uncommon (UC) | 30 | 0 | 30 |
| Rare (R) | 26 | 12 | 38 |
| Super Rare (SR) | 10 | 5 | 15 |
| Secret Rare (SEC) | 2 | 0 | 2 |
| SP card | 9 | ||
| Treasure Rare (TR) | 1 | ||
| 3rd Anniversary Special Card | 2 |
Getting to 199 artworks: 151 base cards, plus 36 Alt-Arts (the 7 Leaders, 11 Rares, the 15 Super Rares and 3 alternate versions of the Secret Rares), plus the 9 SPs, the 2 anniversary cards and the Treasure Rare. That is the count for an OP14-EB04 "master set", without the DON!! cards.
The 7 OP-14 Leaders

| No. | Leader | Color | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| OP14-001 | Trafalgar Law | Red | The Seven Warlords of the Sea / Supernovas / Heart Pirates |

| OP14-040 | Jinbe | Blue | Fish-Man / The Seven Warlords of the Sea / The Sun Pirates |

Every Leader also comes as an Alt-Art. On French cards, Donquixote is spelled Don Quijote.
OP-14 rarities
A quick reminder: in the One Piece Card Game, it is the version of a card that drives its value, not its number. The OP-09 guide covers each rarity in detail. In OP14-EB04:
- 3rd Anniversary Special Cards: two versions of Buggy (OP09-051), one gold, one silver. After Luffy (OP-11), Teach (OP-12) and Shanks (OP-13), Buggy is the last of the four Emperors to get his anniversary card.
- Super Alt-Art: just one, the Secret Rare Dracule Mihawk (OP14-119), set against manga panels.
- Secret Rare: Dracule Mihawk (OP14-119), in base, Alt-Art and Super Alt-Art versions, and Crocodile (OP14-120), in base and Alt-Art versions.
- Treasure Rare: each edition has its own. In English, it is Donquixote Rosinante (OP12-108); in French, Roronoa Zoro (OP12-113). Both are Legacy of the Master cards reprinted as Treasure Rares.
- SP cards: nine cards with a new design, including Roronoa Zoro (PRB02-006) and Boa Hancock (OP14-112). The other seven: Kid & Killer (EB01-003), Edward Weevil (EB01-023), Eustass"Captain"Kid (EB04-039), Perona (OP06-093), Sengoku (OP07-046), Sugar (OP10-065) and Dracule Mihawk (OP12-030).
- Alt-Arts: 36, including two Event cards, Ground Death (OP14-096) and Boa Hancock's You'll Frighten Me... ♡ (OP14-118), and 8 EB-04 cards.
The most expensive cards of OP14-EB04

Buggy, gold 3rd Anniversary Special Card (OP09-051) Blue Character, cost 10, power 12,000
When he is played, Buggy places one of your opponent's Characters at the bottom of its owner's deck; if you do not have five Characters with a cost of 5 or more, he goes to the bottom of your deck too. It is the same card as Buggy's Super Alt-Art from Emperors in the New World, in the ornate anniversary frame.
1,201 € on the PokéItem index for the English copy, against 890 € for the French one (recorded 1 November 2026).
The table gives the PokéItem index for the key OP14-EB04 cards in both editions, for an ungraded Near Mint copy. Recorded 1 November 2026.

| Roronoa Zoro (OP12-113) | Treasure Rare | French edition only | 549 € |

What these numbers tell you:
1. A more even set than Carrying On His Will. No card here reaches several thousand euros: the gold Buggy tops out at 1,201 € in English and 890 € in French, and in French six cards sit between 290 € and 890 €. After the Red Super Alt-Art Luffy of Carrying On His Will (9,211 € in English, 12,000 € in French), OP14-EB04 spreads its value across more cards.
2. The French Treasure Rare, Zoro, carries real weight again. At 549 €, the French edition's Treasure Rare ranks above Mihawk's Super Alt-Art (400 € in French). It is the same pattern as in Royal Blood and A Fist of Divine Speed, where the French Treasure Rare already outpriced the Super Alt-Art. It exists only in the French edition, so only the French market prices it; the English edition has Donquixote Rosinante (OP12-108) instead.
3. Two SPs on par with the top rarities. The Zoro SP (938 € in English, 600 € in French) and the Boa Hancock SP (350 € and 290 €) are priced like chase cards. The other SPs stay between 36 € and 99 € in English (35 € to 95 € in French).
4. The French copy is cheaper on the most valuable cards. The two Buggy cards, the Zoro SP and Mihawk's Super Alt-Art cost 9% to 36% less in French. Further down the table, several cards go the other way: Boa Hancock's Event card (110 € in English, 118 € in French), the Perona SP (88 € against 95 €), the Kid & Killer SP (50 € against 55 €) and both Crocodile Secret Rares.

Boa Hancock in the spotlight. The Pirate Empress has three cards that matter in this set: her SP (350 € in English, 290 € in French), her Event Alt-Art You'll Frighten Me... ♡ (110 € in English, 118 € in French, one of the cards that cost more in French) and her Leader Alt-Art (66 € in English, 50 € in French). The Eustass"Captain"Kid SP (78 € in English, 75 € in French) is the only SP that comes from EB-04.
The French edition: its own Treasure Rare
OP14-EB04 came out in French as Les Sept de la Mer d'Azur, on 30 January 2026, two weeks after the English edition. Three things set it apart:
- its Treasure Rare: Roronoa Zoro (OP12-113), 549 € on the PokéItem index, where the English edition has Donquixote Rosinante (OP12-108);
- its prices: 9% to 36% lower than in English on the top cards, higher on a few cards further down the table;
- its card names: Buggy is printed Baggy, Eustass"Captain"Kid is Eustass "Captain" Kidd, Kid & Killer is Kidd et Killer, Edward Weevil is Edward Weeble, and Donquixote is Don Quijote.

Open packs or buy singles?
With two anniversary Buggy cards, a Zoro SP, the French Treasure Rare and Mihawk's Super Alt-Art, the value of OP14-EB04 is less concentrated than in Carrying On His Will, but Bandai still does not publish pull rates. For a specific card, buying the single is the safer route, and if the language does not matter to you, the French copy is often cheaper.
A box makes sense for players, who get seven Leaders, one per Warlord, and for collectors who want both the OP-14 set and half of EB-04. For any card above 100 €, ask for front and back photos and compare English and French listings.
Track your OP-14 collection in PokéItem
PokéItem, the card collection app created in France and used worldwide, tracks the One Piece Card Game in English, French and Japanese. One Piece can be your included game, chosen at sign-up; otherwise, it comes with the Premium+ subscription. Each card is valued on the market of its own language, with a fallback price when that language does not have a price of its own yet.
- Every version has its own line: the base Mihawk, its Alt-Art, its Super Alt-Art and the two anniversary Buggy cards are separate cards in the binder, in the scanner and in the valuation. The MasterSet view shows one tile per version.
- The scanner recognizes One Piece cards: one photo is enough to add a card to your binder, whether it comes from OP-14 or EB-04.
- Two prices per card: the lowest Near Mint offer on Cardmarket in the card's language, and the PokéItem index, updated every 24 hours, following the published method.
- Several games in one account: the switcher in the header moves between Pokémon, One Piece and the other games tracked.
The arrival of One Piece in the app is covered in the PokéItem 1.2.1 article. The app is available on iOS, Android and at app.pokeitem.fr.
